My life has taken me across the globe, studying, working, and volunteering in wellness retreats and spiritual centres. These travels were spiritually-rich, though often separated from the ‘outside’ world. Conversely, my professional expertise in management, administrative-operations, and education felt separated from my spirituality.
These diverse experiences have deepened my understanding of personal growth and healing during these times of unprecedented change, and emphasised the necessity of integrating our spiritual and material worlds if we are to live balanced and fulfilling lives.
Now, with over a decade of training and experience as a multi-modality practitioner, I specialise in combining breathwork with advanced skills in multidimensional (holographic) awareness and transformation.
My training includes in-depth study of applying holographic awareness to daily life through the practical application of ancient tools and wisdom. I enjoy guiding clients in understanding how interconnectedness applies to transformation as a way of life, with the aim of creating a life - and a world - they love.

Hi! It liberates me joining up parts of ourselves to see the full picture of who we really are.
My international travels as a sportsman in my early years combined with training in the fitness industry taught me a lot about high pressured situations. However, living in a constant state of competition and comparison meant I was always seeing the world through the lens of separation. I compartmentalised areas of my life to such an extent that it was impossible to see the full picture of who I was.

Around nine years before writing this, my path took a swift turn in direction when life nudged me towards healing and transformation with energy work and visionary plant medicines from different indigenous wisdom traditions of our wonderful planet.
During this period my heart and mind opened to the true holographic nature of our existence and ignited a fascination with how the inner and outer worlds are intricately connected and inseparable.
This led me to many years of in-depth learning and training with The White Rabbit Reveals, exploring in fine detail, how changes made within ripple outward and cause changes in the reflections and experiences of our outer worlds.
